CONSCIOUS GRIEVING: A Guiding Process for Befriending Grief. Living With Its Painful Beauty as it Awakens a Deeper, Wiser and Richer Life.
Grieving is a heart aching, body stressed, mentally anguish time. This out of the normal experience is filled with intense pain, confusion, numbness, shock & anger. It also carries with it beauty, insights, growth, healing, opportunities for connection and understanding.
There is a gift for all those who consciously allow themselves to be in their grief in order to get to the other side of grief. And, you do not have to go through this personal grieving alone. I have created this program from my own personal process of losing my sister and my mother. It was a poignant and sacred time. I invite you to enter and be in your grieving process in the same way. That is why I have create a program that holds you in a structure of exploring various aspect of how grief is impacting you and how you can impact your grief in a conscious and mindful way. I customize the Conscious Grieving Program to each individual after a 1 hour Grief consultation. However a basic guide can look like this structure where you will have a safe place to explore, digest, and discover:
Phase 1: Surviving the Death, the challenge of going on: How much energy do I have to deal with
things? What are my basic needs?
Phase 2: The Emotional Journey: What do I do with the Emotional Intensity? Will it always be like this? What are my needs? How do I function in a professional way? Where and how do I release the intensity in a safe and healthy way?
Phase 3: Owning what is shifting for you Personally Now: My Preferences, My Desires, My Choices.
What I am learning about my own personal transformation through the loss of my loved one and this aftermath?
Phase 4: My Heart Broke Open, what do I do now, Tending to the Broken Openness. How do I deal with this Vulnerability and this Tender Place? How do I make sure I give to me first before giving out to others?
Phase 5: How do I communicate and share now? Where am I in terms of sharing, in terms of connection, in terms of expressing myself, in terms of showing up in the world?
Phase 6: A Shifting Vision: What is most important to me now? What does the lens from which I see
look like? How does this affect my every day and my future? What Vision do I want to grow into?
Phase 7: What is my relationship with the Divine Universe and how can I source from my Spiritual Life?
What Divine Guidance is possible now? How can I develop more skills to communicate with the other
Side? Is my soul seeking expansion and awareness to the other side?
The known and unknown stories that are living in you, in your body, your mind, your soul want to be
heard, seen, and expressed. Releasing these Stories can be done through storytelling the most present
images or memories to unlocking Dream Dialogues to Releasing Trapped Energies & memories. Doing
so unlocks what is trapped or dormant inside of you, emerging more Consciousness and Presence for
Your Grieving. This enables you to harvest the spiritual richness and life lessons available to you from
